BUDAPEST, HUNGARY 2/22/08 -- Power of the Dream Ventures (PDV), one of Hungary's premier technology acquisition companies, announced today that in4 Ltd, has launched its corporate website to introduce iGlue, an integrated online content management and search engine product based on semantic web technology.

The most common model for connecting data on the web has been hyperlinking, which takes users not to the content element itself, but to the web page that contains it. In addition, the link supplied by the owner of the site does not necessarily answer the user's query. By improving the one-directional hyperlink that only works with net addresses, iGlue developed the hyperdata model in which elements of syntactic value are linked with each other. In this system, any element of a web page, whether it is a word, image or a piece of data, can become an information-rich junction. Using this as a starting point, iGlue can get a customized view of web-based information related to a given entity, such as relationships between places, people or events.
